Job summary

Loews Atlanta Hotel in Midtown, Georgia, seeks a friendly Bell Person to welcome arriving guests and assist with departures, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. You will safely transport luggage, provide information about rooms, amenities, and local attractions, and coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, and Housekeeping to maintain high standards of service.

Ideal candidates have strong verbal communication, the ability to lift items over 75lbs, and a hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift items more than 75 lbs.
• Experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist arriving guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Safely handle and transport luggage and packages.
• Provide information about room types, amenities, and hotel facilities; address guest inquiries.
• Communicate hotel emergency procedures as needed.
• Promote hotel facilities, outlets and activities to guests.
• Build positive relationships with Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping and other departments.
