Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides Best in Class customer service during all guest interactions.
• Delivers luggage to rooms and retrieves upon departure; handles luggage with care.
• Opens doors for guests and greets them; provides directions and information about the hotel, casino, and local attractions.
• Follows health and safety policies and reports maintenance issues as needed.
• Maintains and polishes bell carts; coordinates with Concierge on transportation.
• Performs other duties to support department operations.
