Job summary

Southall Farm & Inn in Franklin, TN invites a Retail Attendant to anticipate guests’ needs, provide items to enhance their experiences, and deliver on the Southall brand promise. As a frontline ambassador, you will greet guests, assist with merchandise across boutique spaces and e-commerce, and collaborate with departments to upsell.

The role requires 1–3 years retail experience, superb communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of POS and computer systems.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain flexible in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests into the boutique/retail space.
• Provide highest level of customer service and promote Southall as a brand.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by creating an emotional connection and answering questions.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve problems with guests’ satisfaction.
• Provide options for retail experiences across all channels, including e-commerce and property destinations.
• Maintain knowledge of brands and artisans to describe and sell merchandise.
• Stock, present, and merchandise boutique/retail spaces daily.
• Collaborate with departments to upsell and enhance guest experiences.
• Meet or exceed KPI goals and operate a POS system for transactions and orders.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
