Job summary

Southall Farm & Inn in Franklin, TN is seeking a friendly Bell Team member to create seamless arrivals and departures, assist guests with luggage, and provide property orientation.

You will coordinate with Valet and Guest Services to support smooth check-ins and check-outs, deliver amenities, and share local recommendations.

This role requires physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays; previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide hospitality aligned with brand standards
• Assist with unloading luggage and deliver items to guest rooms
• Escort guests to accommodations and provide a brief property orientation
• Coordinate with Valet and Guest Services to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs
• Retrieve luggage upon departure and assist with transportation coordination
• Provide recommendations about Southall’s farm, culinary experiences, wellness offerings, and activities
• Deliver amenities, packages, and special requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain communication with Front Office, Housekeeping, Valet, and Concierge teams to anticipate guest needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk areas
• Support valet and transportation operations as needed, following safety guidelines
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by Southall Leadership

The Bell Team at Southall Farm & Inn serves as warm, knowledgeable, and service-driven ambassadors for the property. This role is responsible for creating a seamless arrival and departure experience while supporting guests with luggage handling, property orientation, transportation assistance, and service requests. Our Bell Team provide intuitive hospitality that reflects Southall’s blend of refined luxury, Southern charm, and connection to the land.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests warmly upon arrival, offering genuine hospitality aligned with Southall’s brand standards
• Assist with unloading luggage, delivering items promptly to guest rooms, and ensuring safe handling at all times
• Escort guests to their accommodations while providing a brief property orientation and answering questions
• Coordinate with the Valet and Guest Services teams to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs
• Retrieve luggage upon departure and assist with transportation or valet coordination
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about Southall’s farm, culinary experiences, wellness offerings, and activities
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including shuttles, valet retrieval, and local area guidance
• Deliver amenities, packages, and special requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain communication with Front Office, Housekeeping, Valet, and Concierge teams to anticipate guest needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk areas
• Support valet and transportation operations as needed, following all safety guidelines
