Job summary

Miraval Austin Resort and Spa in Austin, TX is seeking a Welcome Ambassador (Bell Attendant) to join our Front Office team.

The role welcomes guests, escorts them to rooms, conducts walking tours and golf cart tours, and assists with luggage, valet, and arrival experiences. Candidates should enjoy guest service, have strong communication, and be able to lift up to 75 lbs. This is a full-time hourly position.

Qualifications

• Greet arriving guests and direct them to check-in.
• Understand Spa offerings, programming experiences, and activities at Miraval.
• Inform Supervisor immediately of any guest issues during stay.
• Provide walking tours and golf cart tours around the property.
• Assist other associates as needed; maintain guest focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Walk guests to their rooms following check-in and communicate hotel services.
• Lead walking and golf cart tours of the resort for guest enjoyment.
• Support luggage handling, valet parking, and arrival/departure workflows.
• Engage with guests to deliver a memorable Miraval experience.
