Job summary

Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is seeking a Full-Time Front Office Agent to warmly greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and promote hotel services. You’ll help with luggage, valet, and property tours, contributing to a memorable guest experience.

The role requires strong communication skills, a guest-centric approach, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must have schedule flexibility to include weekends and holidays
• Previous Hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Valid Driver’s License due to frequently driving hotel and/or guest vehicles
• Ability to lift, push, pull moderate weight up to 75 lbs

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, handle departures, and communicate hotel services and promotions
• Assist with arrival/departure experiences including luggage, valet parking, and property tours
• Process forms of payment and respond to guest inquiries
• Be the face of Miraval Austin as a member of the Front Office team
