Responsibilities

• Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to their accommodations.
• Retrieve, transport, and store guest luggage.
• Inspect guest rooms and familiarize guests with room features and amenities.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Keep management informed of guest feedback or operational issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of messages, faxes, and other communications.
• Assist with room moves, luggage deliveries, and lobby/front door coverage.
• Safely operate vehicles for guest transport including trips to local airports.
• Maintain bell equipment and storage areas.
