Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests: greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage
• Handle luggage with care: retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards
• Assist with guest transport: operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
• Maintain equipment standards: keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order
