Job summary

P.F. Chang’s is hiring backwaiters in Rogers, AR to support restaurant operations and guest service. You will deliver meals, keep dining areas clean, and maintain service stations to ensure a smooth service flow.

Open to all applicants with no prior experience; must be at least 18 and able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card where required. We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required—training is provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler’s Card where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests efficiently and courteously.
• Monitor expo line, run trays for dine-in, answer guest questions.
• Clear and sanitize tables and service areas.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate coffee/tea equipment and POS systems.
• Assist with greeting, seating, phones, and takeout when needed.
