Job summary

P.F. Chang’s is hiring immediate full-time or part-time dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses, or Waiters in Rogers, Arkansas. The role centers on delivering an exceptional guest experience from the moment guests are seated, through ordering, and during payment processing.

Training is provided, and the team emphasizes hospitality, accuracy, and teamwork. Responsibilities include guiding guests through the menu, answering questions, and ensuring smooth service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
