Job summary

P.F. Chang’s is hiring for Expeditor/Expo roles in Rogers, AR. You will help ensure craveable food for takeout and dine-in guests, manage ticket times, coordinate with management, and ensure accurate order transmission to tables.

Positions are available as full-time and part-time hourly roles. Applicants should have restaurant experience, a valid Food Handler's Card where applicable, and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and on time.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
