P.F. Chang’s is hiring a Backwaiter to support restaurant operations by delivering food promptly, assisting with dining room cleanliness, and maintaining service stations. You will ensure guests have a seamless dining experience through friendly, efficient service.

No prior experience is required; training is provided, and candidates must be 18+ with the ability to stand and lift up to 30 lbs. Opportunities for advancement and a benefits-friendly work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training is provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess or obtain a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests promptly and accurately.
• Monitor expo line and assist with dine-in trays.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors per standards.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate coffee/tea machines and POS systems.
• Interact courteously with guests and report concerns.
• Follow policies, dress code, and safety procedures.
• Assist with greeting, seating, phones, and takeout packaging.
• Support beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service.
