Job summary

Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, MO seeks a CLUB Loyalty Program Manager to oversee the CLUB credit loyalty program and drive member experience, acquisition, activation, retention, and compliance. You will lead the CLUB team on a daily basis, coach associates, and integrate the loyalty program into hospitality operations while delivering legendary guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: 4–6+ years in Retail, Hospitality or marketing.
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new CLUB Members and deliver legendary experiences.
• Supervise CLUB team, coach performance, schedule, payroll, and hiring.
• Integrate CLUB loyalty into property culture, events, and initiatives.
• Report on performance and participate in leadership meetings.
• Provide superior customer service and promote CLUB benefits.
• Lead sustainable Hospitality operations and cross-functional projects.
• Serve as SME on loyalty projects and bridge corporate and Hospitality teams.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
