Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a friendly Host-Cashier to welcome guests and manage seating at the entrance. You will help create a warm atmosphere while coordinating waitlists and reservations to ensure a smooth service flow.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospitality exposure is a plus; full-time on-site work with benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No license or certification required.
• 0 years of experience in hospitality or related role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally at the host stand.
• Manage waitlists, reservations and seating assignments for smooth service.
• Provide menus and inform guests about offerings.
• Communicate seating needs to servers and management.
• Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and entry area.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
