Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Experience in high-volume F&B operations.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent guest service.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient and professional food and beverage service with knowledge of cash handling, inventory and food prep procedures.
• Prepare food item presentations according to guidelines and deliver to guests.
• Maintain current knowledge of all menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Monitor guests at all times, anticipate needs and respond to requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Ability to stand for an eight-hour shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
