Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co at Universal Orlando Resort is seeking team members who bring authentic hospitality to every guest and enjoy a dynamic, fun environment.

Responsibilities include delivering pizza to guest rooms, greeting guests, recording orders accurately, inspecting food presentation for quality, and performing other duties as assigned. Excellent guest service and flexible scheduling are valued, with outdoor work and weekend/holiday shifts common.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Prior cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to withstand outdoor elements for long periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers pizza to guest rooms.
• Greet guests in a polite professional manner.
• Records all aspects of guest order accurately and enters into computer.
• Inspects presentation of all food items to ensure a quality product is delivered to the guest as ordered.
• Other duties as assigned.
