Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co at Universal Orlando is seeking a Club Lounge Attendant to provide warm, attentive service within our lounge area. You'll serve continental breakfast, complimentary beverages, and small plates while ensuring guest comfort and a clean, welcoming environment.

You'll need hospitality experience, familiarity with Opera and related systems, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or relevant industry preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn Property Management Systems.
• Familiarity with Opera, HOTSOS, Alliant, Sertifi, Resy, and Zomato is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Food Handler's Card.
• Must be able to obtain TIPS certification.
• Position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written, with team members, leaders, and guests.
• Position requires flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Position requires prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling 35+ pounds repetitively throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Serve Continental Breakfast and provide complimentary Appetizers and Beverages.
• Thorough knowledge of the local area including restaurants, attractions, and shops
• Familiar with all hotel facilities, room types, food and beverage outlets, recreational activities, and emergency procedures, makes dining, theater, tour, travel and other arrangements.
• Answers guest questions about the hotel and local area, researching and providing prompt and professional follow-up information
• Other duties as assigned.
