Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Farmington, UT is hiring a Greeter to warmly welcome customers and deliver high-quality front-end service. You will assist with merchandise returns, promotions, and event details while maintaining a clean entry and promoting store programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Actively promote programs including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pickup.
• Model Bass Pro Shops brand standards and dress code.
• Check in customers’ merchandise for return.
• Check in Vendor representatives and manage visitor logs/badges.
• Inform customers about events and promotions and distribute materials.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and safe entryway and work area.
• Assist with firearm check-in by notifying a trained Outfitter; do not handle firearms.
• All other duties as assigned.
