Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly, outgoing manner as they enter the store.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pickup.
• Model brand standards by adhering to dress code and presenting a professional image.
• Check in customers’ merchandise for returns and assist with visitor logs.
• Inform customers about events, sales, and promotions and distribute materials.
• Ensure entrance and work areas are clean, tidy, and safe.
