Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pickup.
• Maintains professional appearance per dress code and Bass Pro Shops standards.
• Checks in customer merchandise for returns and verifies guest information.
• Facilitates guest check-in for firearms/weapons with appropriate staff guidance.
