Bass Pro Shops in Springfield, Oregon is seeking a friendly Part-Time Greeter to deliver an exceptional customer service experience. You will greet guests, assist with store promotions, manage check-in for merchandise and vendors, and help maintain a clean, welcoming front-end area.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to adapt to new procedures in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Models brand standards with professional appearance and demeanor.
• Checks in all customers’ merchandise for return.
• Manages visitor logs and badges for vendor representatives.
• Informs customers of events, sales, or promotions and distributes materials.
• Keeps entryway and surrounding area clean, tidy, and safe.
• Facilitates guest check-in for firearms/weapons with Outfitter; greeters do not handle firearms.
• All other duties as assigned.
