Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Pearl, MS is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests and support front-end operations. You will assist customers, promote programs, and help ensure a positive shopping experience while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include greeting entrants, directing customers, processing returns, and coordinating with outfitters for event details. A high school diploma or equivalent and excellent communication are required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and stay motivated unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Model professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Check in returns and vendor visitors with proper logs.
• Inform customers about events, promotions and provide materials.
• Maintain clean, safe entryway and work area.
• Assist with firearms guest check-in following SOP; do not handle firearms.
