Bass Pro Shops in East Grand Forks, MN is seeking a part-time Greeter to welcome guests and deliver an exceptional front-end experience. You will assist with merchandise check-ins, promote CLUB Membership and store services, and help ensure a clean, safe shopping environment.

The role emphasizes friendly, outgoing interaction, adherence to dress code, and seamless cooperation with store teams. Starting pay range is $15.00–$17.75 per hour, with employee benefits listed for part-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Actively promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Model brand standards by adhering to dress code and wearing the proper logo shirt.
• Check in all customers’ merchandise for returns.
• Check in Vendor representatives and maintain visitor logs and badges.
• Inform customers of events, sales, or promotions and provide promotional materials.
• Keep entryway and surrounding area clean, tidy, and safe.
• Assist customer check-in of firearms/weapons with the Outfitter as required by SOP (Greeters do not handle firearms).
• All other duties as assigned.
