Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome customers at the front of the store and promote programs like CLUB Membership and in-store pickup. You will model our brand standards in dress and conduct, assist with check-ins, and provide promotions to guests.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work without direct supervision while supporting daily front-end operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promote programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Present brand standards and dress code; maintain professional image.
• Check in customers’ merchandise and vendor visitors; log information.
• Provide promotional materials for events and inform customers.
• Maintain clean, safe entryway and work area.
• Assist with firearm check-in by coordinating with Outfitter; do not handle firearms.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
