Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Part-Time Customer Relations Associate to greet customers, assist with merchandise, and handle returns and license sales. You will support a world-class shopping experience and promote store programs while staying knowledgeable about products.

Responsibilities include processing refunds/exchanges, maintaining a clean, well-stocked area, and assisting customers with buying decisions. Previous POS experience is preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Friendly and professional communication with customers and associates.
• Ability to operate computerized POS register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and friendly as they enter the store.
• Handle merchandise returns and process refunds/exchanges.
• Sell hunting and fishing licenses and manage incentive/reward programs.
• Keep work area clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by recommending products based on customer needs.
