Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Customer Relations Associate to greet customers, assist with purchases, and process returns with care. You will maintain product knowledge, stay aware of advertised sales, and help customers make informed buying decisions in a fast-paced outdoor retail environment.

Key duties include handling refunds, stocking, and promoting programs such as CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up, while delivering a legendary experience to every customer, every time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS register system.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Handle merchandise returns and complete refund/exchange paperwork.
• Maintain a neat, stocked work area and comply with policies.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
• Sell hunting and fishing licenses and manage incentive programs.
