Job summary

You will engage with guests to understand needs, promote loyalty programs, and coordinate with departments to ensure a seamless hospitality experience. Previous customer service experience and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving guests and complete arrival/check-in experience.
• Engage with guests to uncover expectations and needs.
• Communicate with guests via phone or electronic channels per brand standards.
• Promote hotel loyalty programs and offers when appropriate.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
• Listen to guests and address concerns, soliciting feedback when needed.
• Maintain professionalism aligned with brand and company expectations.
• Know hotel emergency procedures and assist guests in emergencies.
• Use the hotel log to share pertinent information with staff.
