Responsibilities include greeting members, promoting the Judgement Free Zone, handling inquiries, managing memberships, and maintaining cleanliness in the facility. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills, be 18 or older, and have basic computer proficiency. Qualifications

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Greet members as they enter and exit the club.
• Help promote the Judgement Free Zone.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager if needed.
• Perform membership-related functions like sign-ups and updates.
• Conduct calls and tours for prospective members.
• Execute retail transactions accurately.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and facilities.
