Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, verifying identity, collecting payment and assigning rooms.
• Operate telephone switchboard and respond to guest requests including wake-up calls.
• Run daily reports (arrivals/departures), review shift logs, and document pertinent information in logbooks.
• Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges, balancing cash, and conducting night audit tasks.

Education
