Job summary

Marriott Hotels at Philadelphia International Airport is seeking a full-time, non-management cashier and guest services associate to complete designated cashier tasks, close reports, and verify guest reservations in the property management system.

You will contact appropriate departments to resolve guest requests, handle check-ins, assign rooms, issue keys, and ensure accurate billing while upholding service standards and teamwork across hotel operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
• Review shift logs and document pertinent information in logbooks.
• Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, verifying guest identity, and issuing room keys.
• Sell rooms based on availability and ensure accurate billing and charge posting.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; train, coach, and motivate employees as needed.
