You will process payments, issue and manage room keys, balance cash and card transactions, and respond promptly to guest inquiries to ensure smooth operations across shifts.

Formación

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Welcome every guest in a warm and professional manner.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, or move items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee guest arrivals and departures, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Process cash, credit card transactions, vouchers, and provide accurate change.
• Respond to guest inquiries and maintain records for shift end reports.
