This part-time role requires a high school diploma and strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. You will work in a fast-paced outdoor-lifestyle store environment, supporting events and promotions while maintaining a neat store entrance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience in a customer service environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Adheres to dress code and presents a professional image.
• Checks in merchandise returns and vendor visitors.
• Assists in promoting events and distributing promotional materials.
• Maintains a clean, safe entryway and work area.
• Facilitates firearm guest check-in per SOP (Greeters do not handle firearms).
• All other duties as assigned.
