• Minimum of 1 year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive with personal recognition.
• Check in guests and escort VIPs to rooms as needed.
• Answer phones promptly and assist or transfer inquiries.
• Handle cash drops and maintain accurate cashier procedures.
• Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
• Protect guest PII data and follow security protocols.
• Assist with lobby activation and special requests as needed.
