Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in front desk operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel front desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with personal recognition upon arrival.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and checks them in prior to arrival.
• Answer phone promptly with a smile and route questions accordingly.
• Manage issued bank; count bank at shift start/end and report cash variances.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PII data using proper procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and inquiries promptly.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
