Shift details include days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and OT as needed. Pay is $17.50–$18.50 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer-service experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal communication.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under guest pressure.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system and coordinate with housekeeping as needed.
• Manage cash and credit card transactions while keeping accurate paperwork.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and deliver items to guests as needed.
• Monitor and balance the daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accounts.
