Job summary

The Westin Buffalo in Buffalo, NY is seeking a part-time Amenity Coordinator to craft personalized guest amenities, coordinate VIP experiences, and manage special events. You’ll work with Sales, F&B, and Front Office to deliver high-quality guest touches that reflect The Westin Buffalo’s luxury standards.

You will use embroidery and customization tools, source local artisan items, and develop seasonal amenity concepts that boost guest satisfaction and ancillary revenue.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Design and create unique, personalized guest amenities that elevate the guest experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, Food and Beverage, and Front Office to fulfill guest requests and VIP experiences.

• Ensure amenities are assembled, presented, and delivered on time for arrivals and events.

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a customer-service-focused part-time Amenity Coordinator to join our team at The Westin Buffalo in Buffalo, New York. Working in an exciting, fast-paced environment, you will never have a dull day at work. As an Amenity Coordinator, you will ensure all amenities are thoughtfully assembled, beautifully presented, and delivered accurately and on time for guest arrivals and special occasions.

Pay

$20.00 – $23.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Utilize embroidery equipment and other customization tools to craft personalized gifts, branded items, and one-of-a-kind guest touches.
• Research, source, and curate specialty products and local artisan items that enhance amenity offerings and showcase the Buffalo community.
• Develop innovative amenity packages, seasonal promotions, and new guest experience concepts that drive guest satisfaction and ancillary revenue.
• Ensure all amenities are thoughtfully assembled, beautifully presented, and delivered accurately and on time for guest arrivals and special occasions.
• Drive a company vehicle to get supplies and equipment as needed.

More about you

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment is beneficial.
• Good communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and team members.

Physical requirements

• Able to perform long-term standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive moving of items up to 30 pounds.
