Delaware North operates the Westin Buffalo in downtown Buffalo, NY, and is seeking full-time and part-time Guest Service Attendants. You will work in roles such as tours, bell attendant, valet, room service, or transportation, with opportunities tailored to your interests.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists guests with luggage at check-in, check-out, and storage.
• Assists guests with city information and directions.
• Delivers items as requested by guests or manager on duty.
• Delivers all in-room dining (IRD)food and beverage.
• Delivers guest amenities to rooms.
• Transport guests as needed.
• All other tasks as needed.
