Qualifications

• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to learn and follow company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Embrace and apply the mission statement and core values.
• Maintain guest focus, respond promptly to feedback, and engage customers by name when possible.
• Maintain knowledge of product information, promotions, test merchandise, and ads.
• Support store appearance through daily and weekly tasks.
• Ensure cash handling is accurate within daily tolerances and manage cash over/shorts.
