Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support the store leadership by performing a range of tasks including food service, POS transactions, housekeeping, and store upkeep. Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Must learn and follow all safety processes and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service and engage customers in a friendly manner.
• Handle POS transactions, including gift cards and age-restricted sales.
• Perform food service preparation per recipes and maintain safety standards.
• Restock and merchandise to ensure a fully stocked store.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas of the store.
• Follow store SOPs and assist with other assigned projects.
