Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a friendly Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, handle payments on the POS, and assist with food preparation in our travel plazas. You will follow brand standards, keep stations clean, stock supplies, and help customers with product knowledge.

This role requires standing for long periods and a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic interpersonal skills.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Process payments accurately at POS and follow cash handling policies.
• Assist in food preparation and stocking, maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
