Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to deliver excellent customer service, assist in maintaining food quality, and manage payment transactions at our travel plazas. You will be responsible for food prep, stocking, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Able to stand and walk for an extended period.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate at the POS system and process payments accurately.
• Handle food preparation, wrapping, labeling and dating.
• Stock and clean the workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards and safety policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
