Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to deliver friendly service to travelers, handle payments at the POS, and keep the dining area clean and stocked.

This role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays, with emphasis on safety, accuracy and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced travel plaza setting. You will learn product offerings and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and customer service preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately.
• Prepare and serve food, and perform kitchen tasks.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
