Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, operate POS systems, and support food preparation and service in our travel plazas. You will stock, clean, and maintain equipment while assisting travelers with a friendly, efficient service experience.

The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate point-of-sale system and process payments accurately.
• Stock, clean and stock workstation and equipment.
• Prepare and serve food items and assist in kitchen tasks as needed.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
