Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, handle payments, maintain clean and stocked areas, and assist in food preparation across our travel plazas. You will help guests with orders, operate the POS, and ensure food safety while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist Travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Stock, clean and stock workstations and equipment.
• Prepare and serve quality food items and maintain food safety standards.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
• Complete a variety of kitchen-related tasks as assigned.
• Support cross-selling and upselling to meet customer needs.
