Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service at our travel plazas in the Northeast and Midwest. You will clean, stock, process payments, and help prepare and serve freshly prepared food for travelers.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, following food safety standards, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting a fast-paced, friendly environment. Flexible schedules and notable benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and handle payments following policies.
• Follow food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling and dating.
• Prepare, cook and package food items as needed.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Adhere to brand standards and company policies.
