Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist travelers.
• Operate POS system and handle cash per policies.
• Ensure proper food handling: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and temperature checks.
• Prepare and cook kitchen tasks: prepping, thawing, packaging, cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards, food safety, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
