Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service to travelers at our Welcome Centers. You will handle cash transactions, assist with food preparation, and maintain clean, organized work areas across the plaza.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, preparing and serving food, stocking products, and following safety standards. A flexible schedule is required for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Follow food safety, labeling, dating, wrapping and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards and company policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
