Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome members, manage member exits, and provide accurate information. You will handle payments, promote promotions, and ensure a clean, welcoming club environment while maintaining a high level of customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires 18+ years, a HS diploma or GED, and retail or fitness experience; weekend and weekday shifts are possible with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

18 years old or older
A High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment required or 1-year Fitness experience preferred.
Hours (Initial training hours may vary) and availability for Weekdays/Weekends.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
Anticipate member needs and acknowledge all members.
Provide gracious and efficient telephone service with accurate information.
Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
Process payments, give change and receipts accurately.
Promote products and promotions to drive revenue.
Answer questions about policies and procedures clearly and accurately.
