Residence Inn Cincinnati Airport by Marriott is seeking a friendly Front Desk Clerk to welcome guests and provide exceptional service. You will be the first and last contact for guests, delivering a warm, professional experience and addressing questions about hotel services and local attractions.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with hotel property management systems is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and commitment to guest service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Answer questions and provide information about services and local attractions.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns with professionalism.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
