Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Airport is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team. If you take pride in creating clean, comfortable spaces and enjoy working independently while being part of a great team, we’d love to meet you.

As a Room Attendant, you play a critical role in the guest experience. Clean rooms and exceptional attention to detail help create the memorable stays our guests expect from the Marriott brand.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, cleaning, janitorial, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to Marriott and Commonwealth Hotels brand standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest room amenities.
• Clean bathrooms, furniture, mirrors, windows, and floors.
• Vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned guest rooms and public areas.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety issues promptly.
• Ensure rooms are guest-ready and meet quality inspection standards.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and storage areas.
• Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Provide friendly and courteous service when interacting with guests.
